HM engages with teacher and teacher coach to understand the pedagogy, prepares the team and school to implement the new pedagogy (infrastructural, materials, mindset), and familiarize with teacher observation sheet

HM observes classroom of 50% of teachers in school and notes feedback on teacher observation sheet and shares feedback with the respective teachers, in order to build a culture of reflective practice in school. HM is still not an expert on pedagogy, and needs Teacher Sahyogi support for teacher- feedback related to pedagogy.

HM observes classroom of all teachers in school, shares independent feedback, takes a class once a week and shares personal learnings. HM is learning the pedagogy through practice

HM interacts with parents (who are coming to her school) in a warm and courteous way. She listens to their issues and invites suggestions. She also identifies school events where she can engage with parents, e.g. Annual day, Sports etc.

HM motivates teachers to conduct at least 1 parent meeting in 6 months for their own class and is able to attract at least 25% over current parent attendance. HM uses the parent-teacher meeting as an opportunity to proactively engage with parents to share initiatives and happenings of the school. At least a small group of enthusiastic parents are actively involved in organizing one school event (e.g., Annual Day).

Most teachers are now conducting 1 parent-teacher meeting every month and is able to attract at least 50% over current parent attendance. They are sharing individual progress with parents. HM is conducting an all parents forum to share school initiatives, happenings, issues, progress and inviting suggestions from parents. A new group of enthusiastic parents get actively involved in organizing a school event

"HM does bi-weekly staff meeting for 1/2 hr using team & trust building exercises. Identifies 1-2 supportive teachers. Agenda of the meeting includes preliminary discussion of student learning outcomes (learning ladder)

Staff meeting in now happening once a week for 1 hour. HM & teachers are defining agenda for each meeting, e.g., sharing individual strengths, effective classroom practices, etc. Agenda includes explicit discussion on student learning outcomes and problem solve on identified issues

4-Time for staff meetings is 1 hr per week, agenda includes collaborative sharing, joint lesson planning among all teacher, sharing best practices and discussions on student learning outcomes

HM reviews the outcome of the implemented SDP, consolidates the learnings
Reflects, identifies and demonstrates self change on areas identified in the Individual Development Plan (IDP)

HM has a constructive conversation around understanding and assessment on HM competencies with Sahyogis as basis for IDP conversation in the next cycle

HM implements the IDP created in July and reviews the outcomes/ learnings along with Sahyogi support; identifies further areas of coaching and creates own IDP
